· Upgraded the server infrastructure.
· Adjusted the handicap index calculation to match the USGA's formula. The only difference was we were applying .96 to the individual course handicaps, where the USGA only applies .96 for the overall handicap index (not per course). THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE OVERALL HANDICAP VALUE.
